Would love to see AHL Power Rankings. Would also like to see a sort of who's hot, who's not. Where you go over top AHL performers and some guys having disappointing seasons. Can give fans a good idea of where their prospects are at.

Agree 100% on Hellebuyck. Just because you want to go to a "contender" doesn't mean you're gonna win a cup. I honestly think it's all about money nowadays and not a Stanley Cup. How many players turn down big offers to say it's not enough? Yeah I don't want 16 million but I'll take 18 million. Absolutely ridiculous. Buck just doesn't wanna play in Winnipeg or Canada because he wants more money. If anyone doesn't deserve a cup, it's him. His ego and arrogance is off the chart. Maybe he should realize that his playoff record is horrible and he's only good in regular season. Hope the jets make him sit all year even though he'll get paid.
I was at the Bruins home opener and they looked really good. Said it this summer everyone is sleeping on Boston and they'll replace Buffalo as a playoff team. I feel weird saying that as a Leafs fan lol

AHL power rankings sound fun. Hard to find AHL info. I follow Jax Icemen, ECHL Savannah Ghost Pirates, and Charlotte Checkers. Should add Orlando Solar Bears. At this point its a 2-2 tie between Calgary and Carolina. Not sure who I want to win this one. Flames win laugh at Carolina. Flames win and they lose draft position. More FL Panthers new, Cole Reinhardt brought up from Charlotte to join the Panthers. Hoping he gets in and Hathaway comes out. Lets go Rays formerly known as the D Evil Rays up 3-2 against the team formerly known as the Indians.

I watched career of both Gretzky and lemuix….personally never watched anyone as dominant as Mario during 95 season. He was at his finest in terms of the game flow and skill demonstrated. Unreal how he could score and pass. Mcdavid is approaching a level not seen in 30 years in my book!

Got flosports been watching some AHL hockey what is easy to see lot of talent that is very close to nhl ready second plenty of talent to do nhl expansion to 36 teams and expansion to 36 AHL teams

Great point on Helle and Bieksa's comment. This is why Oiler fans get sooo pissed off when McDavid gets railed on. "Oh, McDavid is going to leave because he can't win in Edmonton". Not only has McDavid not left, he's never threatened to leave, he's never demanded anything either other than himself to play better. He wants to win and he wants to win HERE in EDMONTON. I wish fans (and trolls) would figure that out. What you can say is "Edmonton doesn't deserve him" – that I would have a hard time arguing – but McDavid will not leave Edmonton until he wins here.

A thought on AHL power rankings and pucks. There are a lot of "influencers" that have no viewers that try to get free stuff they don't need or use.
I'll bet if you reached out to the AHL, they'd send you a box because you're promoting the league by doing it. It's a one time expense, that isn't expensive, for something that league would desperately want. Do a ranking every two weeks or something since their schedule can get weird.
You're not asking for a free meal so you can tell your 8 watchers that you got a free meal. This would be legit. Hell, do a count of AHL jerseys and tell them how much you've spent on that. They almost owe you a box of pucks.
What Florida has done is being grossly underreported.

Hola, Mi amigo, we would love to see your power rankings of the American hockey league. I think it’s a great addition because that’s the pipeline to the big teams that we all follow. As for the women’s hockey league, no interest whatsoever. It has nothing to do with the NHL, our teams were interested in, or professional contact hockey. Thanks and keep up the great work.
