El Bayern de Múnich ocupa el puesto número 1 en el ranking de ventas de camisetas, con la friolera de 3,4 millones de camisetas vendidas en 2021. 1. what a bad take it is, the data is from 2020-21 season. the reason is so simple and that is 2019-2020 ucl winners were bayern munich and that is why they got the global exposure which was perfect catalyst to sell more jerseys

  2. Munich is cosmopolitan and in general attracts so many tourists around the world as the city has so many sightseeing attractions. Anyone who will start the sightseeing journey begins around the main railway station which leads the visitor through main shopping streets which at the same time is in the oldtown part, in there you definetly will walk past atleast a bayern store, i think its 3 or 4 scattered around that part of town. And oh boy people like to buy.

  3. As a bayern international fan, one thing that I see them doing over other clubs is having a very strong international social media presence, for example, i'm from brazil and I saw them posting about some of our national holidays, posting in portuguese, and even asking some of their players to record stuff in portuguese thanking international fans… that is something I've never seen other club do on a regular basis, I know they do the same for korea, etc too. That makes us feel appreciated and help to spread the club's popularity internationally.

  4. where is all this happening? there's no way Bayern is bigger than Madrid or Barca. I live in the Caribbean/US and I see maybe one Bayer shirt for every 10 Madrid or Barca one. Even Inter Miami is more common out here.

  5. How FC Bayern München sell more than any team in the world? Simple: Bayern is the best and greatest football club of all time, they don't need oil and gas money from arabia and most important they don't need the "Help" or "mistakes" of referees to win games

    Fact.

  6. I’m not disputing the numbers but in many third world countries they almost exclusively wear fake shirts, which won’t be included in these numbers. Go to Africa and they’re wearing Man Utd/real/Barca

  7. I think it's safe to say that, while other clubs may have brighter and more infamous superstars, bayern has the upper hand when it comes to the sheer volume of world-class, recognizable players on their team sheets over the years. Playing for bayern has become virtually a required stepping stone for moving out of germany whilst also being the club everyone in germany plays for when they start showing promise. Players like Haaland are the rare exception who explode onto the football scene so violently that they are able to leapfrog the "bayern" stage of their careers, and even Haaland was at one point rumored to be considering playing for them anyway. If anyone within the German world of influence (austria, poland, denmark, all countries in Africa who were formally German colonies, Japan, even france to an extent) is good at football, the big goal for them is to play for bayern, because once you've done that, you are guaranteed to have the attention of the rest of Europe.
